Selling and Exchange

What does exchange mean? How do I exchange a bike?

If you are looking at buying a bike from us and wish to sell your old one, then you can opt for an exchange and receive an in-store credit voucher rather than faster payment service (bank transfer) or cash. Additionally, you will receive more money for your bike and can use the voucher either in-store or online at a later date.

Does my bike need to be cleaned or serviced before I sell it?

For the best price, the bike should ideally be cleaned to its best possible condition before bringing it in. Servicing a bike is recommended but not necessary.

Will you take any bike?

We will pretty much take any bike, whether to sell or sometimes to use for parts. If you can't find your bike on our website, then just let us know what you wish to sell by following this link and we will be in touch.

Is the quoted price guaranteed?

The price is guaranteed for 24 hours after you receive a quote.

How do I get paid?

If you are happy with the price quoted for goods, we can pay you via Faster Payment Service (FPS - Bank Transfer), cash or in-store voucher (please note we offer more for an in-store voucher).

What do I need to trade in?

We will require you to provide some form of photo id.

- Valid Passport

- UK Photo Drivers License (full/provisional)

- EU Identity card

- Police or Armed Forces Warrant card
